Acute Care
Acute care is the generic term covering both urgent and emergency care. It is differentiated from routine or scheduled care.
This section has been developed by the acute care team at NHS Bradford and Airedale. Its purpose is to support providers and commissioners of acute care by acting as a forum for communication and the sharing of information.
