Consultations are an integral part of our policy-making process. Before we make any decisions which will impact upon local services in Bradford and Airedale, we want to hear your views. We publish our current and completed consultations so that we can inform and involve you in key decisions. Listening to our many stakeholders allows the NHS Bradford and Airedale to improve the quality of decisions reached, alerts policy makers to any concerns and issues not picked up through existing evidence, and helps to monitor existing policy and whether changes are needed.

We've been looking at plans to build a new Coronation Community Hospital and improve health and social care in Wharfedale.  You can read more about our plans here.

Feedback on the first part of the consultation was considered by the Board of NHS Bradford and Airedale on Tuesday 22 September 2009.  You can also read stakeholder feedback to the consultation.

New!  Since then an alternative - but previously unavailable - site has been found in Ilkley.  If you want to tell us your thoughts about the possibility of not re-building on the existing Springs Lane site, please leave your feedback here.
